Chapter 5: I Grew Up Here.
The neighborhood I grew up in is about as good as it gets. We live right in the middle of all of our friends. Keeton was just across the block. Zach and Jared were around the corner. Dansby lived right behind us. Ethan, Leigh, and Taylor were all just a couple of blocks away. We were always able to ride bikes and play spotlight or football. We could always make a little money selling lemon-ade. We may not have known everybody, but everybody knew us.
Chapter 3: Suddenly, I was here.
Well, greatness has finally entered the world. What now? What can you expect from a cute little red-headed, freckle-faced kid? I don’t really know. I can’t remember too much from my early childhood. I remember hanging out with James, occasionally going down the street to hang out with Zach or Keeton, crossing the ditch in my backyard to hang out with Dansby, and carrying around a blanket until I was in like the second grade.
Chapter 4: School Bells and More School Bells.
I guess elementary school was fun. I was a little scared when it began, but I got used to it. I was terrified of the second grade when Mrs. Kathy Gilmer was teaching. I remember from first to third grade trying to dig under the playground fence to escape. We had it mapped out. Charlie Ellison used his superior battlefield intellect to plan a route to his dad’s shop which supposedly wasn’t too far away. Needless to say, we were never successful, for we were usually stopped by the teachers yelling at us. My fourth through sixth grade years were when I was chubby. My cute little round self was also Mrs. Vance’s little biologist. I was and still am so proud.

Chapter 2: Before I Were, There Was………
As I previously stated, my parents are Jake Michael Bellipanni, Jr. and Joy Barnes Bellipanni. My parents brought into this world five of these most perfect boys on this planet. Jake Michael Bellipanni, III was the first to come. Eleven months later, Matthew Barnes Bellipanni arrived. Then two years later, Mark Allen Bellipanni came along. James and I show up ten years later, but we’ll talk about that more in the next chapter.
My father grew up in Indianola, Mississippi. He is the son of Jake Michael Bellipanni, Sr. and Mary Correro Bellipanni. My father had an older brother, James Bellipanni, who died in a hunting accident before I came along. He also has a younger sister, Antoinette Bellipanni. They grew up with the large Italian Bellipanni and Correro families. My grandfather had twelve brothers and sisters. My grandmother died when my dad was around fifteen. We have spent much time visiting my great aunts and uncles in Indianola and Memphis.
My mother grew up in Tutwiler, Mississippi. She is the daughter of Anne Barnes and the late Joe Barnes who died in a car accident shortly after we were born. She has an older brother, Brad Barnes, and three younger sisters, the twins, Jacquanne and Joanne Barnes, and Amy Barnes. Currently I think my uncle lives in southern Mississippi somewhere. My twin aunts are in Cleveland, along with my grandmother. And the youngest is in Sunflower, Mississippi.

Chapter 1: Who I is?
My name is Joel Meyer Bellipanni. I am the son of the greatest parents ever, Jake and Joy Bellipanni. James and I are the end of a set of five boys. We have three older brothers, Michael, Matthew, and Mark. Our parents might have well named us Luke and John since that's the joke our dad uses to introduce us.
We call the house at 404 Lee Avenue our abode. It is a nice home, not too big, not too small, but just right. I even have my own room.
I enjoy doing anything outside. Yardwork, fishing, hunting, running, tennis, golf, basketball, football, and baseball are all quite fun activities that I do. As long as the sun is shining I will be trying to find something to do outside. I like to consider myself an athlete, but if you watch me play sports you may just call me a football player. Although I'm decent in everything else, football is where I excel. In other sports I just use football-style to pass as an athlete. I think I may give college football a try, but it might not work out. I want it to be a sport that I love for the rest of my life.
But when it rains I entertain myself with music. I enjoy music, listening and playing. I play guitar and bass. I play in the band Rushin' Roulette and the SMASH Band. I secretly plan on becoming a country music star though. Okay, maybe not, but it could happen, I just haven't tried yet. I will try to keep music in my life for as long as possible.
My career choice will be in the engineering field. I plan to go to Holmes Community College, and from there, Mississippi State. During my college years I hope to find which area of engineering I will be happiest in.

I Can'y Get No - Sat Is Fact Shun
I hate everything.
But I guess I should write more.
Spring break was pretty much awful. I went to Memphis and visited with my brother and his family. Then i went to Bailee's rodeo where she did not do as well as she pleased. This pretty much ruined the first couple of days of spring break. Although I had way more fun than any normal person would have at a rodeo, I feel like I didn't get enough family time. I don't know why I like these dang high school rodeos so much. I reckon it's just the cowboy in me. Yeehaw...
Really not into it tonight.
I then returned home to play 2 baseball games. These were pretty good, but I'm about ready to shoot Coach Benny. Nuff said.
We then went on this awful camping trip that reminded me of why I hate everyone and why I like George Thorogood for some reason...... But despite all that I had a wonderful time canoeing down the Okatoma Creek. It was peaceful, relaxing, and totally masculine.
I return with intentions to go to Harris's but that plan failed. I was happy to have a chance to go fishing though. But sadly somebody stole most of my fishing poles. Those bastard. Can't have nothin nice. Just crushin' my dreams of finally getting to catch some good ole crappie. But Josh and I still went fishing, Friday and Saturday. We didn't catch much. I blame Josh. Sunday I took Amber, Bailee, and Jill fishing. It was the worst mistake of my life. I had to babysit two girls and couldn't fish at all. To top it off, Amber caught all the fish. I caught none. I finally decided to sit in the front of the boat and talk to my true love, Jill, while Bailee and Amber tanned and talk about.... I can't really remember.. Pointless crap for sure. Jill and I had a grand ole time by ourselves. It just works out. I talk a little and she doesn't say anything back. But she occasionally gives me a kiss. That's gross.....
Monday was back to school. Yay. Tennis. Yay! Lost my match. Shit.
Tuesday. School again. Yay. Baseball. Yay! Played awfully. Somebody should shoot me or Coach Benny.
Wednesday. ABC Test. Yay. Hard. Boo. More bad moods and arguments with Bailee. Yay! Heavy weightlifting and running until church. YES! Perfect stress relief. Now blog.
Goals: Improve in baseball. Screw the senior play and all it's practices at inconvenient times. Improve in tennis. Train for 5k! Lift weights! Find some time to spend with Bailee. Catch some crappie. Watch Josh race. Try to find some satisfaction.

All I need is kerosine and I'll have a blast.
Boy am I glad this week's over..
I have seen so many camera flashes and strobe lights in the past 2 days that I'm surprised I haven't gone into epileptic seizures.
Beauty and Beau was a great success. The first beaus were French, James, and I. That made me smile. Brett was next. I still had to smile because I was on stage, but that doesn't mean I wanted to. Richard was next. Shocker. Nothing but seniors though so we are as awesome as we tell everybody. Who's who was pretty good. Some surprises. I got most polite and my girl got friendliest. But that doesn't mean we have to be polite and friendly to each other. Although I did open her car door occasionally to piss her off. I also got Most Athletic which is awesome. I didn't care who got it as long as it wasn't Landon though. James, French, Leigh, and Frank got some good ones too.
The Jr/Sr Banquet was mean, awkward, and not very funny. Tyler and Martin are awesome. The will sucked. Prophecy was alright. Food decent. Servers awful.
Prom... was prom. Tuxedos suck so much by now, not that they didn't suck before, just not as much. More pictures.... More complainin by me, which i don't do much.. Ridin while watchin everyone drink, kinda funny, mostly pathetic.. Dance... well French and I grabbed our steel dance partners and sat on the wall.. Then the hoe dragged me on the dance floor.. French joined later which made it ok.. I really want your picture Mrs. Jenny. DJ finally played white music so dancing got better.. Everyone leaves so we decide to join em.(Biggest mistake). Around 12, David's date decides that she doesn't like him. He regurgitates the devil's brew on the bus, preston's tux, and himself. Everybody freaks out. Craziness. Me and Bailee go to my house to change. Wish we would've stayed there. Eventually go to breakfast. Leave on sophomore bus. Ride with plastered, annoying sophomore girls and Will.. Me and Leigh text each other the whole time.. She blames karma from the will. I take Bailee home at 2. Right where I wanna be. Head to the bridge to watch James and Taylor woo their dates. Watch French who's lightweight ass is plastered and annoying. Sing-a-long with the radio loudly. Get to sleep around 3.
In conclusion, Prom is awful and disappointing, I love it. not really. Idiots remind me why I don't drink, as if i needed it. Although I probably was needin a little alcohol at some point, people ruin it for me. No respect for anyone. yay.
